Pharmacy Administration Position

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy administration professional to provide efficient and effective support to our pharmacy team at a state-of-the-art facility.

  • Manage prescriptions for allocated hospitals and clinics.
  • Process PBS prescriptions under supervision of pharmacist.
  • Liaise with health professionals when required.
  • Support patient account process and dealing with enquiries and payments.

This role is ideal for a proactive, team-focussed individual with passion for working with computers and data.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience with confidence using Word and Excel programs within Office 365 suite, exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills, strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with healthcare professionals, and knowledge of dispensing software packages.
