About the Role
As an HR Advisor at Moore Australia, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees in driving the organisation's strategic objectives. With a focus on employee lifecycle management, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist the HR Manager in running HR consulting projects with external clients, providing expert advice and support.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, with a strong background in professional services.
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite of applications and HRIS, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility.
