Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of mechanical services on prominent commercial and institutional projects.

  • Manage project delivery from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, procurement, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Liaise with builders, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Drive reporting, forecasting, and financial control.
  • Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or an HVAC trade, with 3-6 years of experience managing HVAC/mechanical services projects. They should be able to deliver projects in the $2M-$10M range, possess strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
