About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team and drive clinical excellence. This is a full-time opportunity for a results-driven professional who can inspire and motivate others to deliver outstanding performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to guide clinic operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation requirements, maintaining a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with medical staff, patients, and external stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance patient flow.
  • Manage medical supplies, staffing, and facility maintenance to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Analyse data to inform strategic decisions, drive continuous improvement, and support health promotion and prevention initiatives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Prior experience in the medical field is highly preferred.
