Legal Career Development Opportunity

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor of Laws or a Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, you must have a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice or be eligible to obtain one following commencement, and a weighted average mark of 60 or above.

As a graduate in the legal stream, you will complete three rotations within the Legal Services Division, gaining a broad knowledge of the legal issues faced by our organization and the Australian Public Service.

We offer financial assistance to support your completion of the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, practical legal training, and admission as an Australian lawyer.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian citizen.

You must have successfully passed and completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last five years.

If you obtained your degree overseas, you must have it recognized by the relevant authorities.
