Norco AgriSolutions is currently seeking a skilled Store Person/Delivery Driver to join our team on a casual basis at our Coffs Harbour retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service our customer base, assist with counter sales, and work in the warehouse area of the store.
  • Deliver products to our customers, ensuring accurate loading and secure fastening to prevent damage during transit.
  • Verify the accuracy of loaded products against delivery documents.
  • Meet established schedules and deadlines for on-time delivery to rural store locations.
  • Communicate any delays or issues to the Store Manager.

Requirements
  • Clean HV driver's licence and a history of safe driving.
  • Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a delivery-focussed role.
  • Forklift license, highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with local and rural routes and road regulations.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products, as well as endure long periods of driving.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide excellent service in store and during deliveries.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate product loading and delivery verification.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a small team.
  • A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
