Job Title:

Leadership and Operations Manager

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest providers of home care services, seeking a highly skilled manager to join our team.

Based at our Wagga Wagga office, you will manage daily operations, assist the team in providing care and services that enhance customers' health and wellbeing, supporting their independence to stay at home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong tertiary qualifications in management or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability or aged care management
  • Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements governing Home Services
  • Ability to work with key performance indicators and deliver quality services
  • Experience with managing continuous quality improvement systems and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a customer-focused environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values
  • Current driver's licence
