HVAC Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC specialist to join our Engineering Services team at Western Health. As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our complex portfolio of buildings, equipment, and machinery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair, with expertise in conducting preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, projects, and installations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks on all aspects of our buildings, equipment, and machinery
  • Identifying and reporting any abnormalities or faults, and implementing corrective actions as required
  • Utilizing engineering asset management software to track and record work, and entering data as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records, in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards
