Job Role: Fugal Station Worker

This position involves continuous shift work, weekend work, and some overtime in the Crushing Season. It is a day work position with RDOs most Fridays in the Maintenance Season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce raw sugar and C seed/magma that consistently satisfies customer expectations with respect to technical and quality specifications.
  • Work effectively within a team environment as a member of a work team.
  • Undertake further training.
  • Work safely and look after the safety of others in the area.
  • Communicate effectively on telephone and two-way radio.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to continuous improvement including safety and the environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with highly developed organisational skills.
  • Ability to guide and support others, and work in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to following process and meeting defined targets.
