Our client, a top-tier law firm in Australia, is on a growth trajectory and is expanding its Family Law Division in Queensland. Renowned for their outstanding client service and comprehensive legal knowledge, they are looking for committed solicitors to enhance their successful Family Law Division in Brisbane. Family Lawyer - ALL LEVELS

This is a remarkable chance to become part of a dynamic and growing Family Law Division. In this position, you will manage a variety of family law cases, overseeing matters from initiation to conclusion. You will collaborate closely with experienced national partners and mentors, as well as accredited specialists, ensuring ongoing professional development in a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will have billable hours ranging from 5 to 7 hours per day and will be generously rewarded for meeting targets, whether financial or in terms of career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all facets of family law, managing cases from start to finish
  • Work alongside a team of experienced legal professionals
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the growth and establishment of the Family Law practice in Queensland

Key Requirements:

  • Solicitors at Senior, Mid-level, and Junior levels with specific and general family law experience (3+ Years PAE from a reputable law firm)
  • Current QLD Practising Certificate
  • Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for family law and a client-centric approach
  • Ambition to progress your career within a dynamic and expanding firm
