HR Generalist

Key Position Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating people and culture activities across the MidCoast, Mid North Coast, and Northern River regions of NSW and SE QLD.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be highly organized, efficient, and effective in their work, with a strong passion for efficient administration and procedural compliance.

This full-time position is based in Coffs Harbour, but we will consider part-time hours for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate.

• Coordinate people and culture activities
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and data
• Support staff to thrive and ensure a positive workplace culture

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in HR generalist roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
