Lead a Team of Veterinary Professionals

Greencross Vets is seeking a seasoned veterinarian to fill the role of Veterinary Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of veterinary professionals and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of post-graduation experience as a veterinarian
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desire to nurture the development of junior staff members
  • Comfortable consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with autonomy
