As part of our 15,000-strong team across 11 countries, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting our participants (job seekers) to transform their lives.

The Role

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This involves identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers, supporting them to identify skills to become job ready, and delivering quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to develop essential skills for employability
  • Maintain effective relationships with local employers and community groups
Skill Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Ability to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
