Disability Employment Team Leader Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role to lead our Disability Employment team, creating inclusive workplaces and driving positive change. As a strong, motivated leader, you will oversee daily operations, drive growth in the disability sector, build partnerships, deliver training, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic oversight of program development and operational management
  • Establishing effective employer relationships and community connections
  • Designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance job opportunities for people with disability
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or significant experience in the disability sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Proven leadership skills in staff supervision and site management
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • NDIS New Worker Screening and completion of The NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
