About Scope:
Serve as a dedicated speech pathologist, fostering growth and empowerment for individuals with disabilities.
This role involves delivering tailored therapy services to clients based on their unique needs and strengths.
In collaboration with significant others, develop and implement goal-directed plans to enhance wellbeing, functionality, and community participation.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized therapy services in various clinical settings, emphasizing meaningful goals that align with each client's needs and aspirations.
- Develop and review treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the individual's personal goals and priorities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their support networks, providing expert guidance and support to empower informed decision-making.
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
- Must be a practicing member of SPA (Speech Pathology Australia).
- Possess a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
- Hold valid Australian working rights and an international Police Check if applicable.
