We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand.
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and presented attractively.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
