Job Description

As an Outside School Hours Care Educator with the YMCA, you will have the opportunity to create a stimulating and engaging environment for primary school children. Your role will involve planning and implementing educational activities that foster their physical, emotional, and social development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to allocate their availability to suit study or family needs. They will also have the opportunity to prioritize their own professional development and career advancement within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate or Diploma qualification in Children Services or equivalent;
  • A strong sense of fun and imagination to engage with children through various activities;
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one;
