We are seeking a lending professional to join our team in a role that offers opportunities for growth and development. The Home Loan Specialist will work closely with customers to deliver end-to-end home lending solutions.

This in-branch role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and providing guidance on a range of lending and financial products.

Key Highlights:

• Manage home loan applications and customer relationships

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance and financial products

The Mobile Lending Manager will be responsible for conducting lending appointments at flexible times and locations, building strong referral networks, and growing community engagement.

• Combine sales, service, and financial education

Requirements:

• RG146 Tier 2 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous banking experience required
• Cert IV in Financial Services or relevant experience
• Solid understanding of lending processes and NCCP compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive results
• Experience working to targets
