Job Title: Strategy Consultant, Crimson Rise

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team and work closely with students aged 11-14, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide students in selecting the most suitable courses and developing healthy study habits
  • Help students identify and build on their strengths, and foster a love of learning
  • Support students in exploring new extracurricular activities and hobbies, and deepening their existing interests
  • Facilitate goal-setting, stress management, and time management skills
  • Provide additional developmental support, including building tailored reading lists, improving vocabulary, and exploring majors and careers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organizational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, or product management a plus
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure
  • Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred
