Job Description:

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property technical complaints, ensuring adherence to established standards. This includes identifying trends and key insights through technical complaints handling to drive improvement in customer and business outcomes.

  • Training and Development: You will develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of claims team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require significant experience in a claims assessment / management role, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Claims Assessment Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience in claims assessment and management.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
