Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Access Governance Lead to oversee our SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform and user access processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to design and enforce SAP access governance and user access management policies, procedures, role-based access controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Manage end-to-end user access processes—provisioning, deprovisioning, and audits—across SAP systems, while driving automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Implement automated solutions to streamline access management processes and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support users, serving as the escalation point for SAP GRC and User Access Management issues and ensuring effective resolution of issues and incidents

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in IT user access management and strong proficiency in administering SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) within large, complex enterprise environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in IT access governance and user access management
  • Experience with SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
