**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our retail team. As a Seasonal Casual Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and driving sales through confident product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver warm and engaging customer service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Assist customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
  • Drive sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach

**Requirements:**

  • Flexible availability from September 2025 through February 2026, including weekends and late nights
  • Reliable, positive, and energetic attitude
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
