Government Business Leader

The successful candidate will lead our Government Business Unit, driving new business sales and developing a high-performing team.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can build a plan to drive success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering on government sales strategy
  • Engaging and motivating direct reports and the wider team to deliver on account and prospect plans
  • Driving sales activity to achieve targets and move prospects through the pipeline
  • Acting as escalation point for customer and prospect issues
  • Partnering with operations to ensure customer outcomes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A proven track record in IT services or telecom sales to government
  • Senior leadership experience in fast-paced technology organizations
  • Ability to build a thriving, high-performing team
