The Role

As a Carer, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and promoting independence. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
• A passion and energy for world-class care
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
