About the Role

As a master baker and pastry craftsman, you will be responsible for decorating a wide variety of bakery products, including doughnuts, fingerbuns, and kitchener buns. You will utilize your expertise in intricate piping bag work to create visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decorate bakery products to a high quality standard
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet production targets
  • Ensure Food Safety, HACCP, and quality standards are met
Requirements:
  • Experience in using a piping bag
  • Ability to work on day shift (8am to 4pm)
  • Capacity to lift heavy products and manual handling
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability
