Branding Ambassador Role

We are seeking a charismatic individual to join our team as a Branding Ambassador. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing warm, engaging customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. They will assist customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences, maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, driving sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and style preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
  • Drive sales by confidently communicating product features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture by being a team player, actively participating in team discussions, and supporting colleagues when needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Flexible availability from September 2025 through February 2026, including weekends and late nights.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Bonus points if you have previous experience in retail or customer service, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
