Drive Business Growth with Financial Expertise

We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with our leadership team and drive business growth and sustainability in Homecare, Allied Health, and Disability Services.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and review processes for improvement.

This role requires a thorough understanding of the current Aged Care Act, the proposed New Aged Care Act, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (and the rules and regulations that govern these sectors).

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations and changes
  • Provide specialist analysis and advice to drive business growth and sustainability
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for Home Care, Clinical Therapies, and Disability Services

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, be CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification, and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
