We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Adelaide, Australia-based team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals, while delivering high-quality sales opportunities and appointment settings.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our company's sales objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Penetrate, profile, qualify, and schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision-makers.
  2. Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals, as well as deliver high-quality sales opportunities and appointment settings.
  3. Research customers, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
  4. Utilize CRM software extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.
  5. Coordinate appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise verticals.
  6. Work closely with Marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  8. Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales or a sales development representative role.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales techniques and strategies.
  • Able to work independently but contribute to a larger team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
