Key Qualifications
The essential qualifications for this role include:
- Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of the credentialing and scope of clinical practice process as per organizational policy.
- Maintenance of necessary credentials as determined by the employer for your clinical practice duties.
- Appointment as a Rural Generalist or Provisional Fellow may require advanced skills in areas such as Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Indigenous Health, Mental Health, or Internal Medicine.
Compensation Package
- Base salary ranging from $182,106 to $266,677 per annum.
- Eligibility for relocation benefits up to $70,000 for those moving to a remote location.
- Total remuneration between $373,376 and $528,851.
- Attractive salary packaging options, including a generous employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
- Comprehensive leave entitlements, including a 17.5% loading on annual leave.
