Perioperative Orderly Supervisor

The Perioperative Orderly Supervisor is a key position within our Perioperative department, responsible for leading a team of Operating Theatre Orderlies and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality services.

• Roster and allocate team members effectively
• Delegate tasks and ensure daily operations are accurate and efficient
• Participate in workforce planning and development initiatives
• Contribute to WHS and infection control strategies

• 5 years' experience as an Operating Theatre Orderly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Professional manner at all times
