Your Role
BDO Digital is seeking a Ceridian Dayforce Talent Implementation Consultant or Senior Consultant to be part of our Dayforce team, with the flexibility to work remotely across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Serve as a reliable advisor to external clients and BDO project teams during the implementation of Ceridian Dayforce Talent Oversee all stages of the Dayforce implementation process, including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live Gather, document, and validate client functional requirements, aligning them with Dayforce capabilities Configure Ceridian Dayforce to fulfill client functional needs Provide internal updates on project status, highlighting issues/risks with suggested resolutions Implement best practices for Organizational Readiness in preparation for deployment Train client personnel to competently handle daily operations Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently Identify and document best practices and lessons learned, sharing insights internally and with Ceridian Complete training on new releases as necessary and become a subject matter expert on Ceridian DayforceHow We Measure Success in Your Role

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, particularly with Dayforce Talent functionality Familiarity with standard Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices Experience in business process mapping Strong relationship management and consulting skills – adept at asking the right questions to design effective solutions Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions Ability to manage multiple implementations and engage with clients simultaneously Ceridian certification is advantageous Experience in Change Management is a plus Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is beneficial Self-motivated, articulate, and capable of engaging diverse audiences Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Willingness to travel to client sites as requiredCompensation Range: $67,000 - $128,000 annually
