As a Cybersecurity Business Analyst at Troocoo, you will work closely with the Project Manager to develop business process maps, lead workshops, and define business and technical requirements. This role offers the chance to contribute to and establish best practices in cybersecurity delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business process maps, leading workshops to define business and technical requirements, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business process maps to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Lead workshops to define business and technical requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that requirements are clearly documented.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with experience of delivering cyber projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex business concepts in technical language.
  • IIBA BABOK certified, BPMN, UML.
  • IT Degree qualified or comparable experience.

Background:

  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Update the relevant current technology documentation.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops with the ICT and business teams.
  • Good understanding of ISO27001 standards as well as NIST.
  • ASD Essential 8 Controls – Prior experience from planning through to implementation.
  • Cyber Policy & Procedures – Prior experience creating/reviewing Incident Response Plans, Security Policies, Cyber Reporting.

This role is located in the Brisbane CBD with a hybrid working model, requiring the successful candidate to be in the office 3 times per week.
