Lead Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our educational program at an early learning centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our centre's philosophy.
Main Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver a comprehensive, inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular program evaluations.
- Safety and Wellbeing: Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the wellbeing of children, staff, and stakeholders.
- National Quality Framework: Ensure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Centre Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
- Professional Advocacy: Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our centre's professional identity.
