Key Responsibilities:- Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
- Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
- Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- ICL Qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC.
