Job Title: Business Process Quality Specialist

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements. You will design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of our systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes and system requirements to develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with business needs.
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
  • Integrate automated and manual testing activities into Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Planning for structured test execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage defect logging, tracking, and resolution processes within ADO or other defect management tools, ensuring clear communication with development and business teams.
  • Participate in test planning sessions, status meetings, and retrospectives to provide testing insights and progress updates.
  • Support regression testing and continuous integration efforts to ensure system stability and quality during development cycles.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Test Manager, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst or similar role, preferably in regulated industries such as aerospace, defence, or manufacturing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools, particularly Selenium or equivalent.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Planning or similar test management tools for test case management, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective test cases and automation scripts.
  • Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC) processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
