Job Description">

As a skilled events coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing high-impact international events that contribute to South Australia's global engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting briefings and schedules, developing creative concepts for networking events, and managing event logistics.

You will work closely with stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, and assist in preparing high-quality briefings and correspondence aligned with government priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Proven experience in coordinating complex events and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cultural and industry contexts in international engagement.
  • Knowledge of government event protocols, sponsorship guidelines, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in event and marketing software (EventsAir/OnAir, SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
