We are seeking a highly skilled Hopeline Practitioner to join our Consultation Liaison & Emergency Psychiatry (CLE) Programme.

This role is integral to the operation of services which focus on individuals with severe mental illness residing in Melbourne's inner southeastern area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive outreach psychosocial support and brief interventions to individuals discharged from hospital post a suicide attempt or who have presented with serious suicidal ideation.

">

The CLE Programme comprises several teams, including Crisis Assessment and Treatment Services, Triage, PACER, Emergency Psychiatry Service, Mental Health & AOD Hub, Hope team, CL team, Access Manager (Psychiatry), and Alfred Mental Health & Gambling Harm Program.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with these teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
