Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vessel Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vessel services, including crew changes, medicals, procurement, and attendance planning.

You will work closely with Government Authorities, vendors, and international crews to ensure smooth operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges every day.

About the Role

  • Coordinate logistics for international freight to and from vessels
  • Coordinating flights, transport, accommodation, and offshore transfers for maritime personnel
  • Manage confidential and sensitive data with utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Work on a rotating shift pattern to accommodate operational requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Australian work permit, driver's license, and driving experience
  • Eligibility for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when necessary
