Job Overview

Linfox is seeking an experienced HC Fuel Tanker Driver to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. As a key member of our Resource and Industrial business unit, you will be responsible for safely delivering fuel to our customers in the Newcastle, Upper Hunter, Central Coast, and Sydney regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to Linfox's safety standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Vision Zero principles and Linfox's coupling and uncoupling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Linfox in a professional manner.
  • Operate within the Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.

Requirements

  • Current and valid HC or MC Licence.
  • A current Dangerous Goods (DG) licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Current terminal inductions are highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage fatigue and work effectively in a shift environment.
  • Knowledge of basic manual handling procedures.
  • Strong work ethic, customer service, and communication skills.
