About the Role
This permanent opportunity exists at Epping Meadows Care Community, a beautiful facility located in a quiet suburban area with easy access to local parks, reserves, and amenities. As a caregiver for elderly individuals, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
You will be responsible for providing daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support. Your empathy, compassion, and commitment to quality care will make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
What We Offer
We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $31.24, with the potential to earn up to $33.14 per hour depending on your experience level and qualifications. You will also receive penalties for weekend work, plus 11.5% Superannuation. In addition, you will have access to a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave, employee referral incentives, and more.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care, or equivalent qualification. You must also be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
