Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of our institution.

The successful candidate will lead and direct financial risk and governance, strategic financial planning, financial operations, procurement, and provide investment and capital allocation advice.

  • Strategic Leadership: The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the university's mission and goals.
  • Financial Governance: Ensure effective financial risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong inclusive leadership skills, extensive experience in a large and multifaceted organization, and a proven track record in leading positive financial transformation.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering our institution towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage through leveraging financial insights, fostering innovation, and leading change.
