Job Summary:
Lorna Jane is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Stylist to join our team at our East Maitland store. As a Holiday Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive sales by building relationships with customers, making product recommendations, and promoting Lorna Jane's products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
- Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime.
- Ability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of Lorna Jane's products and services.
