This includes Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Safety & Wellbeing.
Human Resources consists of four functional teams:
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment
- HR Systems
- HR Business Partnering & Employee Advisory Service
You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Administrators to support employees and drive organisational success.
As the manager of the HR Business Partnering & Employee Advisory Service, you will provide strategic guidance, advice, and support to senior leaders and line managers.
You will lead the HR Business Partnering service that encompasses various generalist HR matters, including employee relations, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
You will also oversee the Employee Advisory Service, which provides advice and guidance to employees, manages employee variations, and ensures regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver best practice human resources business outcomes.
This position requires strong relationships with leadership teams and a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging expertise to drive strategic HR initiatives
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
