Job Title: Home Lending Specialist

This is a dynamic and impactful role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

You will play an integral part in helping our customers through the lending journey, guiding them from planning to purchasing, and driving growth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or sales, a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, and highly developed credit analysis skills.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position is located in Samford and requires a 76 hour fortnightly roster.

You will be required to build relationships and rapport quickly with customers and colleagues, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
