Key Job Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Support and motivate team members to achieve store goals.

  • Manage retail operations, including inventory control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling and sales performance tracking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Create an engaging work environment.
  • Recruit, lead and inspire team members to succeed.

About You

  • Past sales leadership experience with achievements in KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail.
