Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Operations Manager to lead our workshop team. As a key member of our Products group, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planned priorities are met.

Your role will involve providing support and guidance to the Technical Service Group's Adelaide Workshop to ensure manufacturing, modifications, and workshop service work are completed on target.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and experience with drilling equipment, as well as excellent leadership skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in the Exploration or related industry
  • Certificate III either Drilling Operations or a Mechanical or Electrical Trade
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience leading a small team highly desirable
