About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, utilizing a holistic approach to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document resident progress.
Requirements
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recognized tertiary qualification in nursing.
  • Proven experience working in Residential Aged Care, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
