About the Role


This 38-hour per week position involves working across sites in the Logan & Brisbane metro region to undertake general construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and training a group of young trainees while ensuring contract specifications and scheduling requirements are met.



Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, including attractive rates and salary packaging. Other benefits include tools, uniform, phone, iPad, and vehicle for work use and home garaging, as well as opportunities for training and professional development.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • a recognised industry/trade qualification
  • at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector
  • demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
  • excellent communication skills to build relationships with trainees and customers
  • a current white card and first aid certificate or ability to obtain
