About the Role
Goodstart Early Learning in Mackay is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic educator to join our team.
The Trainee Educator will be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining valuable experience in a real-world setting.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, complying with National Quality Standards, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.

Our traineeship program includes:
- Fully funded qualification – we cover all related RTO enrolment and training fees

To be eligible, you must have a willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, a permanent right to work in Australia, good time management and organisational skills, ability to work well individually and as part of a team, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, interest in early years education, and Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
