**Job Summary:**

We are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join our client's team in Arndell Park.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect machinery daily pre and post shift to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform start up and shut down procedures to maintain production efficiency.
  • Follow batch production direction to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Control and adjust machine settings as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize production.
  • Conduct quality control checks, including weighing material and production output, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot and maintain machinery.
  • Perform manual handling tasks to move materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work in a cold storage environment, adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing and/or Food Production Industries.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with experience in operating technical machinery in a food processing environment.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
  • High attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Must have own transport and full working rights.
